While the painters were in the house, Bella & I decided to take a little shopping trip! We rode the bus to Darling Street all the way to the harbour then back up to the shops!

Oprah In Australia

OPRAH IS COMING!!!
In December, Oprah will be at the Sydney Opera House! I happen to be a short bus ride away from this opera house and am quite excited!!
I told my mom about it and she said "Find out the ticket info and maybe Santa can swing for a ticket..."
Then I tell Ashley what my mother said, and her reply "WHAT are you telling me?"
"SANTA IS TAKING ME TO SEE OPRAH!!"
Cross your fingers and hope Santa pulls through!!
haha
Dear Mr. Postman

Dear Mr. Postman
Please bring me a parcel from my parents. Have they forgot about me while I am down under? I would most defintately hope not. Though I have only been away 2 weeks, a package needs to be sent my way! Filled with cookies & candies & letters too; money never hurts! Oh Mr. Postman why haven't you come?

Hello From Down Under
I have safely arrived in Sydney and am just settling into my new home! The jetlag was a pain in the butt. It's still taking some getting used to, but I'm almost caught up on my sleep. On top of the jetlag, I was chasing after a 9 month old baby, which added to my exhaustion!!
I have already been on an adventure to the harbour. I saw the Opera House and that famous bridge. I will be going on many more adventures and will have pictures posted and my blog(s) updated very soon!
G'day Mate!!!

Introductions
Hey All!
A great oppurtunity has presented itself to me. I have the chance to travel to Australia as an AuPair for 9 months. I will be staying near Sydney in Leichhardt, NSW with the Extrem family. I leave September 3rd from Great Falls & will arrive in Sydney on September 5th. That means alot of flying. It will be a 31hr tip in total. I am super excited & can't wait to explore Australia!
This blog is to keep all of my family & friends updated on my adventures! I hope you all enjoy it. I will miss you all while I am away!
